Meander Drawing

I did this drawing during my Italy trip in May 2014.  My meander drawings are drawings made with no particular place in mind, but are done in reaction to marks I make on the paper.  This drawing was done on the bus between town to town and in quiet hours in a hotel room.

Cherry Blossoms

Not far from where I am sitting is a small pile of watercolors I have been meaning to post.  I seem to have forgotten this blog and Facebook.  This painting was made in March of 2014.

I made this drawing while eating breakfast and looking out at Lake Como.  So this is a combination still life and landscape.
